So my suggestion to IATLIS team for the theme is 1. University Libraries are the laboratories for the LIS students 2. Promotion of LIS Students through Univeristy libraries 3. Role of LIS Professors and University librarians in framing the LIS syllabus 4. IATLIS selected a very relevant theme for our profession. The strong link between LIS Teachers and Librarians are required, which we lack in India very much. There should be internship(House Surgeoncy)during the Library Science courses. Please don't forget the need of training for working professionals.
