But our university has recruited all Teaching and Non-Teaching on Contract Basis. Our University is paying Sixth PRC Payscales to all the teaching staff and denying the Qualfied Library Staff to get the benefits of Payscales. The Library staff of our University are being paid with some consolidated salaries.   My quiry is whether  the Library Staff of  other self-financing Universities which are declared as Deemed to be University  under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956, are being paid  with Sixth PRC Payscales.
