However, lately they have been criticised of not been able to serve in terms of scalability, flexibility and performance, especially in the connected networks. Graph databases which not only target the entities in the tables but also sets relationship among the entities using nodes and elaborates the related property that have been deployed. Graph databases are used in bioinformatics, website like structures, building ontologies and in social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
