CDs/DVDs are entered as accompanying material under Tag 300 subfield 'e' by libraries following MARC 21. To facilitate its location by students we are keeping them in the order of the Accession Numbers of the books they have been supplied with. The CDs/DVDs are either viewed on the systems provided in the library or copied by the students on their devices. We are also thinking about getting these various CDs/DVDs loaded on a server with large enough storage capacity which the students can access while working with a book. Regards Dr. T.
