Now i am facing the problem as on issue/return of books, earlier this library is not an automated, but from the last 2 years we are using Netlibsoftware. Earlier to this software books were circulated and did entries through manual system using one register.And some are not having the entry of issue /return else where. My previous librarian had issued some of the books which are having the entries in the register through software. But when i sent a over due notice to these people they argued with me that they were already returned these books to the previous librarian. Kindly inform me in what way we can solve the problem.
