Hi, That is a very valid question the answer of which even I am seeking. Another question that come to mind regarding the copyright laws is, Can Libraries in India keep, display and circulate photocopied books as part of the library collection? I have read somewhere that Libraries can keep upto 3 copies as part of their collection. If yes, does it not violate copyright laws, if it does not, then how so? Eagerly awaiting a reply to this question.....!!! Thanks and Regards, Parinita HexaVarsity - Library 55919595 Ext.
