The first day is exclusively designed for conducting tutorials by the experts on the topic: 1. Research Methodology and Writing Skills The next two days will focus on the theme of the National Convention: “Emerging Technologies and Innovations in Library Practices”.  The theme is divided into several sub-themes. Some of the sub-themes are: Emerging Digital Technologies; Digital Library Practices; Managing Web Resources; Library Networking and Consortia; Library Services and Users Needs; Copyright and IPR; Human Resources Management; Information Services for Public and Knowledge Society.The detailed brochure is available at www.naclin.org You are welcome to contribute original papers for presentation at the National Convention on the above sub-themes or related themes.  The papers should preferably be based on research, survey, case studies or action plans.
