Hello, I received a plea from a library professional who emigrated to Canada. She has completed her B.Sc.(Physics); BLIS, MLIS (1998) from IGNOU. She has worked for British Council Library and few other institutions, she has about 10+ year experience in Library field. Now her MLIS degree is not considered as equivalent to MLS/MLIS of Canadian Universities, the authorities are asking for ALA accredited degree. She contacted ALA, they are saying she has to contact CLIP, UK and it is not replying to her.
