In this interactive session the speaker, will explore the concept of personality using TA and understand ourselves a little more by administering an ego state questionnaire to the participants, plotting the ego state graph and analyzing the various ego states of an individual. About the Speaker ============== Mr. P. Vijayan is an organizational change and personal improvement facilitator specializing in organizational effectiveness. He started his career as a commissioned officer in the Flying-Navigation branch of the Indian Air force wherein he rose to the rank of Wing Commander in a very short span holding key appointments in Operation, Administration, Training and Services Selection Board before taking premature retirement to pursue a civil career. Mr. Vijayan started his civilian career in computer education and IT marketing. He worked with Aptech , NIIT and was a member of the team that conceptualized and established the first sales training Institute in India - the NIS now known as NIS-SPARTA. He has conducted Sales and Management development programmes for many corporate houses. He has been conducting a change management in programme with a leading print media group – The Hindu, during the past 10 years which has helped in bringing out perceptible changes in the work culture. Mr. Vijayan holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is an alumnus of the prestigious College of Defense Management where he underwent the one year post graduate level Management Programme - LDMC. He has undergone intensive training in Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Programming. (NLP). A keen learner, he has undergone more than 20 professional and personal development programmes.
