Many times, though we want to congratulate the award recipients, we cannot do for want of their contact ids. While wishing a merry Christmas to all our professional colleagues, I request you all to include contact id of award recipient in your message while posting such mails. Knowing achievements of our people is definitely a happy moment and the contact details will facilitate us to greet the winners on their achievement. Also, 1. I request you all to include your signature while posting a request for article or information. This will help the sender to know the requester. 2. take some time and effort to type the details of articles while posting the request for copy of articles. I saw many such request mails with just links without article details. This is very important because, many receive only text messages and hyperlinks will not work. In such situations, people may not put effort to copy the link and paste it on their browsers. It will useful for people to read the text in request mail and to respond if they have it.
