Sad demise of Mr.S.Srinivas, Manager ( Information Service), ICRISAT, Hyderabad
I am deeply grieved to learn about the sad demise of Mr.Srinivas (Srini), my ex-colleague and a good friend. Mr.Srinivas started his career at NASSDOC during late 1970's and joined IRMA, Anand (Gujarat) in the year 1980. During 1996 he joined ICRISAT as a Manager. He will be sadly missed but his inspiration will continue. My heart felt condolences to Mr.Srinivas' family and collegues at ICRISAT. May all get the strength to cope with the bereavement. Mr S Srinivas was a gentleman to the core. Soft spoken
and mild-mannered, he worked diligently towards the enrichment of
the ICRISAT Library with choicest, relevant and topical collections.
May his soul rest in peace.

Dear All, I am deeply saddened by the news of Mr. Srinivas's death. He was a man of a great personality and humble and his death is a great loss to the library science profession. He played key role in development of libraries of IRMA and ICRISAT and his contributions were noteworthy and commendable. I was previleged to work with him when he was at IRMA, Anand.
