I understand that the Word 'Lingoo' in Marathi has been given as Latin name (Scientific name) to a kind of Taylor Bird. In this connection, one of my friends in Bird Watchers Society in Hyderabad wants to know "the etymology of the Marathi word: Lingoo". If the query is totally wrong and there is no such word in Marathi Language, even this may be conveyed.
