been appointed as a first Vice Chancellor of Bengaluru North University,
Bengaluru.
I congratulate you sir, through this LIS forum from Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, I very much confident sir under your able leadership, the
university will be established very well and serving to the community.
It also prime time for me to congratulate Dr.Anand Byrappa, has been
appointed as a Librarian of prestigious Indian Institute of Science,
Bengaluru of the gap of so many years from the professional point of view.
I wish him for the success, and bring name and fame to the library
