Dear forum managers/correspondants, I shall be glad to receive any government or authenticated circular by UGC for the untraceable books during the verification of library collection.Kindly,give the guidelines in this regard and also whether the Librarian is suppposed to pay the financial loss of the organization if the book is costly?
