The world's largest particle physics laboratory, CERN, has just adopted and registered its Open Access Policy at: http://www.eprints.org/signup/sign.php http://www.eprints.org/signup/fulllist.php Over 40,000 of CERN's research articles is now OA, and this will soon approach 100% http://archives.eprints.org/eprints.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcdsweb.cern.ch%2F The policy is temporarily available at: http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~harnad/Temp/cern.pdf When will Indian universities, IITs, NITs and national labs set up their OA archives.
