Principal Responsibilities 5.0 Principal Responsibilities 5.1 Provide customer friendly service 5.1.1 Identify, retrieve, organize, repackage and present information in an actionable form. 5.1.2 Help control the flood of available information by selecting what is relevant and usable and, when required, analyzing or synthesizing the content. 5.2Implementation 5.2.1Risk & safety management To ensure that documents from the library are used in the proper manner by library patrons To protect library material from theft and damage In case of natural / man-made disasters, to ensure safety of library patrons 5.2.2Fiscal management Plan and monitor annual library budget that meets the needs of all departments of AHIRC and accountable for the same. Construct and maintain cost effective library facilities without sacrificing quality.
