Kaushik, Copyright fee is separate from photocopy or your library membership fee. Therefore, you should clear copyright for articles you source from any other Library. As you might be aware, international document delivery service providers like CISTI, Linda hall, BL etc would charge handling(photocipy) fee and copyright fee separately for every article they deliver/supply. When you source articles from local libraries, you can get copy right clearance from Copyright Clearance Centre (CCC) http://www.copyright.com. They also offer annual memberships for the organisations,including corporates.
