As Associate Vice president and Development Centre Head for over a decade, he led Infosys’s phenomenal growth from 500 to 13,000 people in Chennai. Shiv has a passion for teaching, training, coaching and mentoring people, which he has successfully pursued right through his long career. Shiv is a trained observer and has been a part of several Leadership Skills Assessment Centers both in Infosys and for other clients.
