Found this interesting book by Harvard's Berkmen Centre on "copyright for librarians" (yes... freely downloadable!!!). http://www.eifl.net/news/cfl-essential-handbook-launches. It largely deals with the US and EU positions, along with Berne, TRIPS etc... So there is no Indian law involved. evertheless, I thought it is well written and may useful.
