The contributions should consistently focus on the results of research, reports of significant developments in working practice and stimulating discussions which are of immense importance to the library and information profession. Papers should include name of the author, designation, affiliation, title of the article with a signed declaration that the theme is of his own, and the paper has not been published anywhere.
