Dear friend, As per AICTE norms the central libray for an admission of 240 students per year will have a carpet area of 400 sqm. which includes stacking and seating area. A B.tech student stays for 4years in the campus. So, for 960 students at any given time 400 sqmts requied. ie. .416 sqmts per student. So. for 10,000 students approximately 4166 sq.mts. required.
