In India there should be a platform at national level which can raise the issues and problems faced by us in every step of our routine work. Particularly in Academic Institute our profession was treated neither as academic nor administrative staff. Some institutes treated them as technical staff with out facility. Not only that we are only against us. Those who are in the higher post they never think for subordinates either due to lake of knowledge or due to jealousness, Hence at least if we would coordinate and unite we could have a say and voice of ourselves.
