As you are aware that INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar has announced the Three Days National Workshop on Organizing Research with Reference Management Tools during 27th - 29th December 2017. The aim of this workshop is to give the participants a sound overview of reference management tools and their usefulness in organizing research. Use of reference management tools like Zotero, Mendeley and EndNote are very helpful to create research workspace & carry out research works, creation & organize bibliographies, to construct references while writing research, collaborating and discovering new research. These standard tools can reduce the task of writing bibliographies, references manually while writing research, thereby cutting the time, human efforts & errors on the part of research scholars. The following major topics will be covered in the workshop: - Introduction to Research and Research Ethics - Demo Presentation on “RefWorks” by Proquest. - Use of Reference Management Tool- Zotero with "hands-on-practice" - Use of Reference Management Tool- EndNote with "hands-on-practice” - Use of Reference Management Tool- Mendeley with "hands-on-practice” - Referencing / Citing Sources and Avoiding Plagiarism, Use of "URKUND" anti-plagiarism s/w.
