The Advertising and Marketing Division (DAM) of SLA is pleased to announce the winner of our International Travel Grant for SLA Toronto conference this year.

Vijaya C. Menon is the first recipient of our International Travel Grant. She is Head of Knowledge Management at Grey Worldwide India. Vijaya manages information services and dissemination to all ten offices in India, including Srilanka and Bangladesh. She

queries with Grey Europe and the Americas. Vijaya has over 15 years of library management work at Grey, J. Walter Thompson India, Accenture and the Reserve Bank of India.

Initiated at the Nashville June 2004 conference, the Travel Grant is open to international SLA and DAM members. Application requirements were announced in our 2004 Fall Bulletin and posted in various SLA discussion lists. The Grant consists of $1,500 (US) plus conference registration fee and ticketed DAM-sponsored events.
