To support its fast expanding information services network, TCS invites applications from talented, enthusiastic, team players for the post of "IRC Officers" for its libraries at Baroda, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Trivandrum. These are regular positions and selected candidates should be prepared to work in that location on a long term basis. The remuneration and benefits will be on par with the best in industry. Eligibility Criteria: 1. M.L.I.S / Masters in (Library Science / Information Science / Information Management) / ADIS / equivalent degree. (Those who are currently pursuing these programs and appearing for the final semester/exams are also eligible to apply). 2. 0 ? 3 years experience in an academic/ special library. 3. Willingness to work in any centre within the city with flexible timings. 4. Excellent communication skills. Selection Process: Short listed candidates will first appear for a written test to be held simultaneously across India (Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune & Trivandrum). The date for the test will be informed to the short listed candidates. Candidates may choose to take the test in any of these cities and this need to be clearly indicated in their application. No travel expenses will be borne by TCS for attending the written test.
