While giving the membership only it should be specified that what action would be taken for any overdues/misuse/mutilation etc. And, these specifications/terms and conditions of 'LOANS' (with the approval of authorities or committees) should carefully/clearly be drafted, and duly signed by the users. Taking NOC should be made compulsary, if any user has to leave the institution.
There should be proper "Understanding-Cooperation-Communication" between "Library-Academic Section-Accounts".
