Dear Friends There were few email on Open Access. We at NIC have already put 20 Biomedical Journals On-line at http://medind.nic.in . The project is called medIND and is already under open access policy. There is no charge for users to access it, infact there is no user authentication as such. Two more journals would be added soon.
