The Seminar Volume of the National Seminar on "Problems and Prospects of Rural Libraries with reference to North East India" which was jointly organized by Central Reference Library, Kolkata and Department of Library and Information Science, Gauhati University during March 27-28, 2007 released on 28^th September at Gauhati University .
