Words fail me to express my grief and sorrow at this gruesome incident.
Tears stream down my face when his smiling face looms in front of me. Even
in death, he looked so calm and composed.
The Information Center at NAL's association with Dr. TBR and NCSI began in
the mid '80's which strengthened further over the years. Dr. TBR has
always been helpful and has guided us in every endeavor of ours. On the
personal front, Dr. TBR's excellent letters of reference helped me in
bagging the most prestigious Fulbright award. Thanks to you, Sir for this
gesture.
At the time of his untimely demise, Dr. TBR was the Principal Investigator
for the project on 'Creation of Prototype Digital Archive of Indian
Aerospace Research (P DAINER)' Project (IR) with NAL and ADE identified as
test beds with me leading the project from our side. Just the previous
week we had a detailed discussion regarding the same to be made available
through our website. Alas, Dr. TBR is no more to see his dreams come
true!!
Our prayers to the Almighty to give his family courage and strength to
withstand this great loss and may the GREAT SOUL REST IN ETERNAL PEACE!
