Librarian's Culture Forum is a registered society for the Library and Information Science Professionals. This forum was registered in 2002 under the Society Registration Act, 1860. The main objectives of this forum are to extend all cooperation for the welfare of library professionals and library community.

The general body meeting of this forum was held on September 9, 2008 at National Museum Institute, Janpath, New Delhi. The General election of this forum was held to elect the office bearers. The followings are elected unanimously:

President

Prof. J.L.Sardana

Prof. J.L. Sardana is former Head Delhi University Library Science Department. He was also President of Indian Library Association. Prof Sardana was only the second Indian to become vice president of International Federation for Information and Documentation (FID) Hague, Holland.
