If you are working in a medical college or an institute related to any Biological / Medical / Pharmacetical / Nursing / Dental / Medical Informatics etc etc, then please tell your scientist colleagues to self-archive their papers in OpenMED, i.e. http://openmed.nic.in . You can also conduct some awareness programmes in your institutes and make them aware of self-archiving and OpenMED.
