Dear Professionals, � Death is inevitable. I, on behalf of the all the
library professionals of Kashmir, salute Prof. Kaula ( the professional
giant�of Kashmir) for�his�valuable contribution�to the�profession. It is
due to efforts of such�expertise, the�Lib. & Inf. Science is recognised as
a profession. Now it is time for us to take their mission forward with
full zeal for the the prosperity of professional brotherhood. The�shinning
stars are fastly disappearing, it is now the duty of candles to�develop
the courage and capacity to take the profession forward so that it can be
recognised as one of the important professions in fast changing world. �
