It appears that Infolibrarian was using http://www.portland.co.uk/ as
their host. The service provider might be careless about the security
of sites hosted on their server.

should make a ISD call to their service provider.
It may night over there, so otherwise they may not come to know about it.

hacked!! by someone.
Apart from others things, It has been defaced with "Kiss goodbye M$
Windows, put your money back into your pocket and install a Linux|BSD
" remarks.
I hope the team behind the Infolibrarian site will bring it back.
