There is no registration fees, however, the participants will have to make arrangement for their own travel and accommodation. Interested professionals may send a mail to the project team listed below, showing their interest and detailed information (name and address of college, name of delegate, professional experience, college affiliation, state-of-the library automation, e-mail, mobile number etc.). Participating libraries need to be bibliographic data partner of the project to submit and receive validated MARC data to/from the Z 39.50 server created by the project team for the purpose. Participants will have to sign an agreement duly endorsed by the head of the institution to share bibliographic data for the union catalogue. Participation will be confirmed only after receiving the agreement (form attached). The hard copy of the filled in form has to be mailed to the local coordinator of the workshop. Admission to the Workshop will be on a 'first-come first-served' basis and will be confirmed on receiving the agreement form. Participants will be provided a Live Software DVD (an easy-to-install software suite containing Koha and other library related software like Greenstone, DSpace, Joomla, Open Harvester, Open Journal System, easy backup/restore of bibliographic data, and many more in Unicode-compliant Indic Scripts-enabled environment on Ubuntu LTS),Training manual, Working lunch and refreshments.
