[LIS-Forum] Prior to LIS, which degree is advisable to do B.Tech or M.C.A.

Dear Friends, One of my colleague son, he is just completed his Hsc (10+2) level. In future he wanted to study Library Science with graduation B.Tech (IT/Computer science) or M.C.A (five years integrated) course. Prior to LIS, which degree is advisable to study B.Tech or M.C.A.?
