Requirement: 1 Project co-ordinator for National Library and 20 Lib. Professional in different languages ie Arabic, Sanskrit, Punjabi and Hindi etc. Qualification: Master Degree in Library and information Science (MLIS),Knowledge of Cataloging in AACR II(Rev.), Classification in DDC 21st edition and Library of Congress Subject Heading in latest edition. Period of Project: 2 years, it may be extended. Location of Project: Anywhere in India but at present we need for National Library, Kolkatta and Central Institute of Indian Languages, Maysore. Salary: Minimum 4,000/- Others: 2 days training will be provided in MARC 21 Cataloguing format. Co. will provide only lodging for outside candidates.
