I am glad to inform you that Dr. V. Gopakumar has joined as University Librarian, Goa University w. e. f 15 January 2010.

He was Librarian at University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the last 2 years, and before that he was Govt. College, Kasaracode, Kerala. He did his Ph.D from Mangalore University under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) A. K. Baradol.

Congrats to Dr. V. Gopakumar. I wish him all success throughout his tenure as Goa University Librarian.
