I agree with Mr. Rajesh Patil's inputs. It is important for anyone
advertising to indicate
a) Approximate salary or salary range
b) Complete address etc of the institution
c) A fairly good idea about the job profile and / or url of the
Institution
d) As clear an outline as possible about the candidate profile (eg -
preferably a Science graduate etc)
One more recommendation I have is that anyone posting any mail to this
list, must include a complete "Signature file" - that tells people in
the list that the person posting is a professional who is connected to
the "Scope of discussions on this list" in some way. The mailing lists
to which I subscribe - have this requirement - this is one step
towards ensuring that quality discussions happen on the list
