[LIS-Forum] Standards for accommodation of Library user

Dear Library Professionals, Can anyone help me by providing the information about the standards for accommodation of library user. If any institutions have 10000 users then how much sitting capacity will be managed in library. At what ratio of the total user, library manage sitting arrangements in the library.
