Hi Community, DOI and Handle are two widely used persistent URI methods. I am wondering if there are any difference between those two and which system we shall select.
I have come across a few preprint records where the record is a copy of record hosted in an original preprint server and the DOI in the copied server is referencing to the original server's URL. Should digital libraries need to refer to only original URI?
