"This mail is with regard to our mail regarding NICMAN membership. Please note that we are attempting to help researchers in their search for relevant literature. We cannot supply articles as it will be a copyright violation. This membership is meant for individual researchers who need help in searching for relevant literature. We will conduct the first level search across multiple journals databases and send the references for their use. Individuals can then either visit us and refer the articles or get the relevant articles from publishers or other sources.

The rates of Rs. 1500 per year is towards recovering partial manpower costs for servicing the researchers in the year.
