I wish to know what are all international standards exists are available in field of LISc. viz for bibliographical exchange, other data related to

information centres, indexing and abstracting services, archives,

is there any other standard to other services also.
Second thing I wanted to know as there is standard for Bibliographic data
exchange. is there any standard specification for exchange of other data, such as circulation, serials holding etc... . This I feel very important as libraries are growing and adopting different soft wares, and as the years pass one library may feel it is not comfort with the software it has adopted. It wishes to change over to another software, in that case is it possible to get all the data that the present software holds, will be exported to new software which the library wants to switch over to. Where in we can get all member records, there usage statistics, or present holding. as these are vital which a library can't recreate again. is there a solution to this problem are any other way it is been done.
Where can i get details regarding above matter. I will be happy to know.
