Dear All,

 

Recently we installed a Document Management System for all organization’s members to access while both within and outside the building.

However, I have faced a lot of resistance (indirect) from Colleagues.

For example each member is required to upload documents for internal communication onto the system but up to now most members have not done so.

And instead are using the old system of sending them as email attachments.

 

I therefore ask for your ideas on how to enhance usage of this system.
