Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) Library is looking for young and dynamic candidates to work as ‘Library Trainee’ and ‘Computer Trainee’. The training is initially for a period of six months on a purely contractual basis and further extendable up to one year.



No. of Library Science Trainees: 6

No. of Computer Science Trainee: 1


Qualification: For the post of Library Trainee, the applicant should be a fresh Post Graduate in Library & Information Science (MLISc) and conversant with latest IT application in libraries whereas for the post of Computer Trainee, one should be MCA/ BE / MSc-IT.

Remuneration & Facilities: The selected candidate will get a fixed stipend of Rs. 9000/- per month with free accommodation.
