Today all functions that we perform on Internet like searching, tracking, retrieving, interpreting, analyzing etc. depends on the concept of semantic web. Work in semantic web is largely based upon ontologies. This seminar will focus on basics of Web Ontology like its definition, types of ontologies, different representation languages and ontology tools. This seminar also covers overview of various ongoing ontology projects.
