The article sent by Vyasamoorthy on bibliotherapy was initially boring. But seemed very interesting as I went through the full contents. This reminds me of a handout given to me by Mrs.Sushama Powdwal in 80s, which I have quoted on number of occasions. In schools or colleges or universities I hear students talking of "reading hobby".
