Very good suggestion. Nowadays users are not bothered to give their name and organisation when seeking help. I think it is in bad taste and we should not reply to such queries. Sometimes users ask very fundamental questions that every library professional is expected to know. I think there is something wrong with our current LIS education. A general tip - before asking on this forum, please try pasting the title in Google, Google Scholar and Researchgate. Google and Google scholar can get you the links to the full text, if free. If not, very often the author is on RG and can be requested for the article
