Responsibilities

• Guide academic staff, librarians, researchers, and students in effectively using open-source software and AI tools.
• Design, develop, and conduct online workshops, training sessions, webinars, and certificate courses.
• Collaborate with faculty members and institutions to integrate open-source tools and AI solutions into curricula and library systems.
• Provide technical support, customization advice, and best practices for tool implementation.
• Contribute to content creation, documentation, and promotional materials for training programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the listed open-source software and AI tools in academic/library contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English; additional languages a plus).
• Previous experience in teaching, training, workshops, or technical support (preferred).
• Degree in Library & Information Science, Computer Science, or related field (MLIS/PhD advantageous).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
