How do you think this request for newspapers in special compartments for the handicapped in Mumbai can be provided? What may be the cost involved? Can some Mumbaiker give the data? Will some NGO or Govt Library take up the implementation part if funds are available? For earning the bread and butter, one has to spend hours in local trains every day. This time goes unproductive and can be used creatively. Due to physical limitations, the handicapped persons are unable to carry news papers or good magazines in local train. So it will be better that railways put hangers on walls of the local train and some publishers regularly provide newspapers and magazines free of cost. Can you please do something in this direction. My request is that, please consider the request and do some thing to bring this facility in Handicapped compartment in existence for betterment of this important section of socity. Regards.
