According to the AICTE norms each college has to add certain number of titles and volumes for each course/program, each year, according to the number of students. But some of the colleges will not be able to meet the AICTE requirements(hard copies cannot be able to procure & process) for the various reasons. So AICTE had made the provision to add 33% of e-books (titles and volumes) for their collection to meet the AICTE norms.
